ABC-Tennis EASTER TENNIS CAMP: Week 1 - Sheriff Hutton Tennis Club AFTERNOON's ONLY LEFT!

ABC-Tennis-UK led by Head Tennis Coach Ben Orton bring their holiday Tennis and Multisports camp to Sheriff Hutton Tennis Club this Easter for children aged 6-16.

Learn how to play the game of tennis in a fun, relaxed and engaging environment where time flies due to the fun you'll be having! Learn from experienced players and participate in other fun sports during a week which will leave you wanting to pick up your tennis racquet and get down to the club!

Please ensure you have read and accept all of the policies BEFORE booking. Important points to note:

Bubbles: Our camps are ONLY bookable for the full 3 days of the camp, Monday, Thursday and Friday. This is to ensure that the ‘camp bubble’ your child is in, is the same all week. They will be in a group that will not mix or change – and following guidance this should minimise the spread or risk of coronavirus.

Bookings: Unfortunately we have sold out of the 9am-12pm camps at Sheriff Hutton, but still have plenty of spaces on the 1pm-4pm camp in the afternoons! We operate a first come, first served policy for bookings, so if you want to book friends in together, please coordinate your bookings carefully. Max 12 children to 1 coach.

First Aid – We have PPE and procedures in place if anyone develops symptoms. You will be notified if anyone on the camp develops symptoms.

Sanitisation - We fully separate and sanitise our shared kit after each session to prevent the spread of bacteria. 

Sign-in/out and child protection – we will operate a password system for your child to avoid sharing pens etc which we will ask for upon sign-up.

Drop-off and collection – if you arrive at the same time as someone else, please respect social distancing at all times and consider waiting in your car until they have collected their child.

It is possible that at some locations the TOILET facilities will not yet open – due to local policies – therefore our camps only last 3 hours. Please note, this may change – we are working with the local clubs/ organisations to open them up, but expect it to remain this way.

We will have strict handwashing and sanitization procedures in place.

Wet weather – we plan to go ahead in all weathers. There is limited social-distanced cover, so please send your child with appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.

Pricing: Our camps are under £15 per half day, or £45 the full 3 half days. You can book your Weekly Pass (WP) online here, otherwise, for a single day pass, please email benortontennis@outlook.com for availability and further information. Please note.. it will not always be possible to grant your child a single day pass to to weekly bookings being prioritised due to COVID-19 restrictions.

What to bring: Please ensure your child brings their own tennis racquet, drink and snack/ lunch, plus either suncream and hat or rainjacket or both depending on the forecast!
