STRENSALL AND TOWTHORPE LAWN TENNIS CLUB

We have 3 outdoor fully floodlit synthetic sand-based carpet tennis courts suitable for all year round play no matter what the weather and an online court booking facility provided by ClubSpark.

The club also benefits from being located in spacious grounds and shares its home with Strensall Tigers Football Club. 

​

We have a shared clubhouse, with fitted kitchen, changing room and toilet facilities and a small indoor hall space. Access to the courts is padlocked restricted and the club is strictly members only.

CLUB SPONSOR OPPORTUNITY:

We are interested in working with local businesses who might like to sponsor the club and display their banners around our new fencing enclosure. This is a high footfall area benefitting from 360 degree visibility during the clubs opening hours. Our medium term aims for 2024 are as follows:

​

1) Develop our junior tennis coaching program particularly teenage tennis and blue stage juniors.

2) Raise the profile of adult tennis at the club and begin a weekly adult program.

3) Fund raise for our club through marketing initiatives and club events to raise money for:

- Bins on courts

- Benches on courts 1 and 3

- Resurfacing/relaying all 3 courts

- Scoreboards on all courts

- Net winders

- Ball machine for hire

4) Increase our membership base by 100%
